A support group exclusively for our female students, where we try to understand the aspirations and hurdles women face while returning to work, the challenges faced by employers to re-integrate them, and the interpersonal dynamics that women face at home and at work due to various social norms. MENTORSHIP

SCDL mentorship sessions are designed with the objective of developing the mentees in academics and other corporate skills. The mentorship program is very important from the point of grooming you while moving from campus to corporate and also nurturing your aspirations. Self-improvement plans are best addressed through an individual mentorship process and our students are assigned a mentor from the senior faculty specifically for this purpose
